For a prix fixe price of $35 you will get a tasty beginning, an elegant appetizer, and a savory entrée—enjoy fanciful and delicious dishes as the perfect complement to your Lyric Opera experience. The Pedersen menu will change on the opening night of Bel Canto and then again before Der Rosenkavalier!
