A Bloody Good Recipe

For those of you who have seen Elektra this season, you were probably wowed by the incredibly realistic looking blood that flowed on stage. Ever wonder what it’s made of? It’s your lucky day! We’ve got the recipe, and we’re sharing it with you!

Please note you will need a very large bowl for mixing…

Ingredients

7 Gallons Glycerin
1 Gallon distilled water
64 oz Corn Syrup
48 oz Chocolate Syrup
6 heaping tbsp Coffeemate (washable)
1 oz Red food coloring
1 tsp Super red food coloring
2 tbsp Blue food coloring
4 heaping tbsp Cornstarch

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, and once all smoothed, voilà! You have your very own fake blood!

And surprise, it tastes delicious! It must have something to do with all that chocolate syrup…
