Christine Goerke takes the stage this season as Brünnhilde in Lyric’s continued journey through Wagner’s monumental Ring cycle with Die Walküre. We are excited to present our donors with Lyric's take on the famed Proust Questionnaire featuring Ms. Goerke. This probing set of questions will provide you with an intimate look into this opera icon.
Orchestra librarian John Rosenkrans has served as one of two Lyric Opera of Chicago librarians for the past 12 years. We had a chance to sit down and speak with him about not only his position here at Lyric, but also how he came to hold this highly-coveted title at one of the greatest opera companies in the world.
