Ticket Exchanges
If your schedule changes, we're delighted to accommodate your ticket exchange needs. We complete virtually all requests each season and exchange over 25,000 tickets!
Oklahoma! and The Second City Guide to the Opera ticket buyers may exchange their tickets via phone only at 312.827.5600. Fees may apply.
Please be prepared when making this call by having the tickets you wish to exchange in hand, acceptable alternative performance dates of the same production in mind, and credit card information (if applicable).
Ticket exchanges are not always possible in the case of sold out performances. In the event you exchange into a lower price section, we regret we cannot refund the difference. If you exchange from a weekday to a weekend (Fri. evening, Sat., Sun.) performance or into a higher priced section, you will be charged the difference.
Information regarding our 2013/14 opera season exchanges will be available in August.
