Q How many people do I need to place a group order?
A The minimum number of tickets is 15 to receive group services.
   
Q Do you have special rates for groups?
A With your paid order of 20 or more tickets, you will receive 1 ticket of equal value at no charge. With 40 or more paid tickets, you will receive 2 free tickets. Limit of two complimentary tickets per performance.
   
Q Do I have to pay when I order?
A No. Just submit your written order form via mail, fax or email to reserve seats. When we confirm ticket availability of your request, a non-refundable 50% payment is due by August 31. For orders placed after August 31, your initial 50% payment is due within 7 days of confirmation.
   
Q How can I get the best seats?
A Order early for seating priority. Group orders are accepted beginning in February for the following season which runs from September to March. Group orders are filled ahead of all single ticket orders and are seated immediately after our subscribers.
   
Q Will my group be seated together?
A Your seats will generally be together in the best available location in your price section. Special seating requests, such as an aisle seat, may be made when you place your order.
   
Q What if I don't need all the tickets I have reserved?
A Once we receive your payment, all group sales are final. Any unpaid tickets will be released for general sale four weeks prior to the performance. Please note that the group minimum is 15 - if you drop below this number, priority seating locations cannot be guaranteed.
   
Q What are the parking options if we come by bus?
A Buses or cars may drop off passengers on Wacker Drive near Madison Street just a few steps from the entrance doors. See our home page and the drop down menu Plan Your Visit for nearby parking lots for cars and small vans. Parking for large buses should be arranged by the tour bus operator.

Q Are there special group rates for students?
A No. Full time college students may register for our NExT program at www.lyricopera.org/next/ Web sales only.
