Q. How many people do I need to place a group order?
A. The minimum number of tickets is 15 to receive group services.
Q. Do you have special rates for groups?
A. Yes! Groups receive a 20% discount on the main floor for most of our performances (see calendar). Groups may also receive complimentary tickets and/or seat upgrades.
Q. Do I have to pay when I order?
A. No. Just call 312-827-5927 or submit your written order form (via mail, fax or email) to reserve seats. When we confirm ticket availability for your request, usually around July 1, a non-refundable 50% payment is due by August 31. For orders placed after August 31, your initial 50% payment is due within 10 days of confirmation.
Q. How can I get the best seats?
A. Order early for seating priority. Group orders are accepted beginning in February for the following season which runs from October to March. Group orders are filled ahead of all single-ticket orders and are seated immediately after our subscribers.
Q. Will my group be seated together?
A. Your seats will generally be together in the best available location in your price section. Special seating requests, such as an aisle seat, may be made when you place your order.
Q. What if I don't need all the tickets I have reserved? Can I adjust my order?
A. Yes! The size of your group may be increased if tickets are available or decreased prior to final payment. Once we receive your payment, all sales are final. If your order drops below 15 seats, seating priority cannot be guaranteed.
Q. What are the parking options if we come by bus?
A. Buses or cars may drop off passengers on Wacker Drive near Madison Street, just a few steps from the entrance doors. See the Plan Your Visit section for nearby parking lots for cars and small vans. Parking for large busses should be arranged by the tour bus operator. Q. Are there special group rates for students?
A. Student groups receive a great 20% discount for main floor seats and may also receive complimentary tickets and/or seat upgrades. Full time college students may also register for our NExT program (web sales only).
