Donate Your Tickets

HOW TO DONATE TICKETS

Should you be unable to attend a performance, we would greatly appreciate your donating your tickets to Lyric Opera. We can accept your ticket donation as late as 5 minutes prior to curtain at 312.827.5600, or donate tickets online up to 4 hours prior to curtain. You may also mail your donations to Lyric Opera Ticket Department, 20 N. Wacker Dr., Suite 840, Chicago, Il. 60606, or fax them to 312.332.8120. Donating your ticket(s) as soon as possible will increase our chances of re-selling them. A personalized statement of all ticket donations will be mailed to you in January for the previous calendar year.

HOW TO PURCHASE DONATED TICKETS

Lyric Opera ticket holders occasionally donate tickets to our office, typically on the date of the performance for which they hold the tickets. To obtain these tickets, please call our Charge-by-Phone lines at 312.332.2244, ext. 5600 anytime after 2:00 p.m. on the day of the performance for which you desire to purchase tickets. (For a matinee performance, please call after 11:00 a.m.)
