Planning is well underway for Wine Auction 2009, scheduled for March 6, 2009. The event will take place in the historic Civic Opera House, beginning with a Champagne Reception and Silent Auction, followed by dinner and Live Auction on stage.2009 Presenting Sponsor:

Guest of Honor
Pierre-Henry Gagey was born in Beaune, France in 1955. As a youth, he was exposed to the tradition and culture associated with the vine. He joined Louis Jadot in 1985, where he served as Assistant Managing Director under his father, André Gagey (one of the most respected figures in the Burgundian wine trade) and with Technical Director and Winemaker, Jacques Lardière. In 1991, Gagey assumed the role of President.Additionally, Gagey is President of the Burgundy Wine Syndicate and a member of the Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin. He holds a degree in computer science engineering and an MBA from the Institute des Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Paris. He enjoys hunting, golf, and tennis and is married with four children.
